A smooth and efficient pedal stroke is not as easy as it sounds. Proper pedaling is something that requires a combination of practice, instruction, and a well fitting bike. When all of these aspects are in line it results in a more efficient pedal stroke and greater efficiency of power usage.

The Computrainer SpinScan Analysis includes:

• An initial interview to help determine how the SpinScan analysis can help reach your riding goals.
• Using a Computrainer and the SpinScan software we analyze various data points to help identify specific problem areas within your pedal stroke.
• By identifying specific weaknesses in your pedal stroke, we are able to provide specific instruction and methods by which we can eliminate these problem areas and result in a more efficient pedal stroke.
• The Computrainer SpinScan Analysis generally lasts between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
